Bruce Abel

Bruce Abel is a skilled, successful, 26 year veteran business, employment, and personal injury attorney.  He has in-depth experience handling business cases involving insurance and contractual disputes, substantial employment discrimination claims, and serious personal injury cases.  Mr. Abel has successfully prosecuted and defended more than 500 bench and jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.  He has argued before the California Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court on cases that have made new law.  Please see the verdicts and settlements page for specific results Mr. Abel has obtained for his clients.

Mr. Abel's experience includes serving as a Judge Pro Tem, Superior Court Referee, Moot Court Judge, judicially appointed defense counsel for the Public Defender Alternate Defense Panel, acting Deputy City Attorney for Los Angeles, approved AIG Insurance Company defense counsel, pro bono work for senior citizens, and an editor for the Ventura County Bar Association's magazine Citations.
